Stephen Bedikian, Managing Broker

Mr. Bedikian has extensive management and consulting experience in the real estate industry. He has consulted for leading companies including Experian, First American, Bank of America, Internet Brands, Yahoo! and others. Before joining Real IQ, he was a Vice President at First American Transportation Title Insurance Company. He was the vice president of marketing at SmartClose, a transaction management systems provider that was acquired by Microgeneral, an affiliate of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., before joining First American.

Prior to that he served as an executive-in-residence at Rustic Canyon Ventures, then the largest venture capital firm in Southern California with $550 million under management. He evaluated potential investments for the firm which invested in HomeGain, a real estate lead generation service that was acquired in 2005 by Classified Ventures, an alliance of the New York Times, Washington Post, Tribune Company and more than 130 other newspapers.

Previously, he was the vice president of marketing and strategic planning at ListingLink.com, an ASP hosting provider for real estate agents, brokers and homebuilders. ListingLink was acquired by Classified Ventures in 1999. Prior to ListingLink, Bedikian served as general manager for the online real estate business of the Los Angeles Times. Bedikian started his career as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche and has held executive positions with CarParts.com and AT&T

Mr. Bedikian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds an M.A. from George Washington University in Telecommunications Policy and an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

He is a licensed California real estate broker and appraiser. He earned a certificate in Real Estate Development Finance from the Urban Land Institute and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the CCIM Institute and the Appraisal Institute as well as a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of REALTORS.
