Fee Structure

Real estate investors pay skilled professionals such as lawyers and accountants to assist them with their investments. At Real IQ, all of our real estate services are similarly provided on an hourly fee basis.

A traditional real estate agent or broker is only paid a commission when a client completes a transaction. That creates an incentive to complete transactions that may or may not always make sense for the client. At Real IQ, if we think our client is pursuing a bad deal, we will tell them exactly that. Our objective is to help our clients build wealth in real estate and our fees are structured so we can spend the time with our client that it takes to make smart decisions.

If we collect a real estate brokerage or leasing commission in a transaction, that commission is netted against our consulting fees so our clients can accurately value the services we provide to them.
