Stephen Bedikian, Partner

Stephen Bedikian

Mr. Bedikian has extensive management and consulting experience in the automotive, real estate and mortgage industries. He has consulted for leading companies including Experian, CarsDirect.com, First American, Bank of America, Yahoo! and many others. Before joining Real IQ, he was the vice president of marketing at SmartClose, a transaction management systems provider that was acquired by Microgeneral, an affiliate of Fidelity National Financial, Inc.

Prior to that he served as an executive-in-residence at Rustic Canyon Ventures, then the largest venture capital firm in Southern California with $550 million under management. He evaluated potential investments for the firm which invested in HomeGain, a real estate lead generation service that was acquired in 2005 by Classified Ventures, an alliance of the New York Times, Washington Post, Tribune Company and more than 130 other newspapers.

Previously, he was the vice president of marketing and strategic planning at ListingLink.com, an ASP hosting provider for real estate agents, brokers and homebuilders. ListingLink was acquired by Classified Ventures in 1999. Prior to ListingLink, Bedikian served as general manager for the online real estate and automotive businesses of the Los Angeles Times. Bedikian started his career as a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche and has held executive positions with CarParts.com and AT&T.

Mr. Bedikian graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds an M.A. from George Washington University in Telecommunications Policy and an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Pat Hill, Partner

Mr. Hill has over 16 years of experience in building and launching innovative software products. His recent consulting experience includes providing market analysis for TL Ventures, a leading Venture Capital firm with over $1.4 billion under management and online marketing strategy and implementation for Internet Shopping Network, a provider of e-commerce middleware and shopping cart solutions.

Before that he held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Serengeti Systems, a privately held provider of data connectivity solutions, and Director of Product Management at SmartClose, a transaction management systems provider that was acquired by Microgeneral, an affiliate of Fidelity National Financial, Inc..

Prior to SmartClose, Hill led the Internet products team at Dazel Corporation, a maker of enterprise information distribution applications. The products launched by the Internet team proved instrumental in Dazel's acquisition by Hewlett-Packard.

Hill's early career included technical positions with IBM and Wang Laboratories. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas. He also holds a patent for an innovative method of information dissemination across networks.
